Why hand washing matters for a fleet
Two reasons. First, sign-written vehicles: close-range pressure washing lifts vinyl edges and once air gets under a graphic it peels — hand washing keeps your livery intact and legible. Second, consistency: the same people washing the same vehicles every week notice when something changes, whether that is a new scrape on a wing or a tyre that needs looking at.
Pricing that scales sensibly
Van washing starts at £25 for the exterior and rises with size, up through long wheelbase, high roof, Luton and XL. Cars on a fleet schedule start from the standard wash rate. We quote once we know the mix, and the rate holds for the cycle rather than moving about.
Interiors on rotation
Most fleets do not need every cab valeted every week. A common arrangement is exterior every week and a cab interior clean once a month per vehicle, which keeps drivers happy without paying for interior work you do not need.
What we clean
Small vans through to Luton and XL, pick-ups, company cars, minibuses and horseboxes. If it drives in, we will quote it. Vehicles that come off farm tracks or building sites need a longer pre-rinse, and we build that into the rate rather than surprising you.
Frequently asked
What is the minimum fleet size?+
Two vehicles. There is no upper limit — we schedule larger fleets across a rotation so nothing gets rushed.
Do you come to us?+
Our site on Ipswich Road in Needham Market is the base and vehicles are washed here. For larger fleets, talk to us about arrangements.
Is there a contract?+
No lock-in. We fix a schedule and a rate; you can change or stop it with reasonable notice.
Can you invoice monthly?+
Yes — one consolidated monthly invoice with a vehicle list, which is what most account customers ask for.
