What we collect
When you submit our Full Valet booking form we collect your name, phone number, optional email address, vehicle registration, vehicle size, and the date and time you'd like us to wash your car. We use this only to confirm and deliver your appointment.
How we use it
Your details are stored in our secure booking system and are only accessible to Needham Hand Car Wash staff. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.
How it's protected
- Submissions are sent over HTTPS.
- Our database enforces row-level security: booking records cannot be read by visitors of the website — only our backend can access them.
- We retain bookings only as long as needed for service and standard business records.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Contact us on 01449 700857 and we'll handle your request promptly.
